FUNCTION
- Manual loading and unloading, automatic inspection;
- Can perform appearance defect detection on six surfaces of the module (including light holes, Holder, FPC, connectors, etc.);
- Detected defects include: FPC silkscreen defects, connector defects, QR code defects, steel sheet misalignment, lens defects, VCM Pin soldering defects, etc.;
- Automatically completes six-sided inspection, displays results upon unloading, stores test images and result data, and calculates yield rate.
